Who is Quawntay "Bosco" Adams
Armed with an eighth-grade education, Bosco -- facing life in prison for merely possessing marijuana -- ingeniously escaped from a highly-secured federal detention prison.
Apprehended and sentenced to 35 years, he taught himself the law, fired his attorney, represented himself, and won his freedom after serving 16.5 years in custody.
He is the only person in the U.S. to ever escape from secure federal custody and then successfully represent themself in federal court. Even more amazing: That is just a small fraction of his story.
